Born in Ahmedabad Gujarat, where sugar and Jaggrey is synonyms to salt developing a sweet tooth was natural. Growing up in a family of Chefs, selecting a career was not too difficult either. After being educated at kohinoor IMI (khandala, Mumbai) Royce began his culinary journey at le Meridien and then moved to The Fairmont Dubai. Having spent 4 years in the pastry shop mastering various techniques Royce moved to the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr as a Chocolatier...!!!
